Because many of our products are made-to-order, please review our refund policy carefully.
We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong product
• Buyer’s remorse
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Photos of the packaging
Once approved, we will offer:
Replacement OR Full Refund
at no extra cost.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow:
5–10 business days
for the refund to appear in your account.
We only replace items if they are:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
We do not offer exchanges for size or preference changes.
Orders may be cancelled within:
12 hours of purchase
After this time, production may already begin and cancellation may not be possible.
All wall art, murals, and custom prints are made-to-order.
Therefore:
All sales are considered final unless damaged or defective.
We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Lost packages due to incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct.
The following cannot be returned:
• Custom artwork
• Personalized items
• Digital downloads (if applicable)
